Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

Close to the airport…we walked from terminal 2 to the hotel. Comfortable bed, nice size room, quiet, plenty of hot shower water, good breakfast selection. Everything we needed for a one night stay before our flight. Large bus shuttle to Terminal 1 for our flight.

The service was excellent all the way around. The breakfast buffet had just about everything you could want that satisfies both eastern and western cultures. The sushi restaurant was also very good. The free shuttle was indispensable as it not only got us to and from the airport for our flights, but also to the Narita Express train station for all of our trips in to Tokyo. I really enjoy taking the train so the time spent on round trips to Tokyo was inconsequential. It was also easy to get a king size bed where they were hard to find in the Tokyo area. The room was clean and well maintained. I have nothing bad to say about our experience.

Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.
I booked this hotel to catch early flight next day, didn't expect that it is very near to a main train station which is only about 15' from Narita Airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service which runs quite frequent and does not take much more time than train. In the end we decided to take the shuttle bus, bus is super clean, the driver and her assistant are very friendly and helpful.
Similar to other APA hotels that we were staying, everything here is well organised and clean, staffs are friendly and polite.
We used a shuttle bus from JR Narita station. The bus stop is easy to find and it took about 30 minutes to the hotel as we stopped at the mall. If it is a direct shuttle, it would be closer. The shuttle bus to Narita airport was great next morning. The room was spacious and clean. There is a convenience store in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped me book a restaurant. There is a scale near the front desk which was really helpful before the flight. I would like to use this hotel again in the future.
Good location and easy access to train stations like KEISEI-Narita to Airport (just enter station and platform right in front) and many eateries around.
Hotel is clean but a little old and needs refreshing, though still comfy to stay n sleep.
Reception staff is very helpful and room service is immediate to address issue.
Weighing machine near the reception is useful.
Staff also very helpful for luggage storage for those arriving early before checking.
A must have facility for any hotel.
The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was set up as a usual business hotel model so nothing to complain here, all amenities can be taking with you at the front desk.
When arriving from Narita Int'l Airport you can easily reach the hotel using the Keisei Main Line; from the station it is a <5 minute walk. When using the JR station it's a slightly longer walk. Included breakfast was very good, it is a mix of Asian and Western cuisine, buffet style.
Simple, clean and pleasant little hotel near the Narita stations, which connect directly with the airport and within walking distance from restaurants in the city. Glad I stayed here instead of the hotels in the airport area - those might have had a shuttle service but then in the evening you would not have been able to walk around, instead I walked to a very nice meal and a sense of the Saturday night vibe in town. Very nice breakfast in sunny common room.
Free Shuttle bus to and from Narita Airport and Aeon Mall. Toiletries, slippers and pyjamas provided. Design of the room seemed outdated compared to the hotels in cities like Tokyo and Nagoya. Room is slightly spacious than the hotel in Tokyo for a twin sharing room. Wide spread of food for the buffet breakfast which starts as early at 5.30am which is good for those who are taking early morning flight to the airport. Overall, pleasant stay.
The hotel is great if you have a transit at Narita. There is an airport shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel and Narita (about 25 minute ride). The hotel is in the middle of nowhere otherwise. The rooms are large and comfortable (relative to what you get in cities like Tokyo downtown) and there is a Family Mart convenience store in the lobby where you can get drinks, snacks, or other essentials any time of day at reasonable prices.
The size of the room is spacious enough for 3 paxs. The staffs are polite and helpful. It's within 5 mins walk from JR Narita station. We paid extra for the breakfast set which it's worth it. Typical Japanese breakfast with coffee and bread. It's clean and have daily housekeeping. Though the hotel is a bit old, but it clean and well maintained. Provide free shuttle to airport which is a bonus for us.
Perfect location for our early departure from Narita. It saved a lot of hassle only being 5 minutes away from the airport rather than staying in Tokyo and then a good hour’s drive to Narita. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was excellent. All very easy. A very comfortable room. A good 24/7 in the foyer do you could just have a snack if you didn’t want to eat at the restaurant.
I stay at this hotel every time I have to fly from Narita airport, the location and the shuttle bus service are very convenient. The front desk staff are exceptional, they are very helpful and remembered my family even after a year. The playroom and pool are perfect for guests traveling with small children. The price is very reasonable, I will obviously stay there again.
The shuttle bus was really convenient as it made frequent trips to and from the hotel and Narita airport. There's a convenience store located near the hotel entrance that accepts VISA and other major bank cards, which was super handy as we came straight from the airport without any cash. The carbonara from the convenience store is a must-try!
It’s great to have the hotel shuttle pick us up from the airport, shuttle us back when needed and in addition, shuttle us to and from Aeon Mall. The breakfast is wonderful and starts our day well fed and happy. I love Hotel Nikko Narita and have tried other hotels in the Narita area but always come back to Nikko.
Great airport shuttle from Narita. Very good value airport hotel for late arrivals or early flights. Room is perfect size if you are just there for Flights to and from Narita airport. Good friendly staff and very quick check in check out procedure.
A perfect stay right outside Narita airport, with free shuttle busses from & to the airport all day long.
There is a Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel’s lobby which is amazing. Room is cozy but clean and has all you need.
English speaking staff that were helpful throughout my stay. This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a flight out of Narita Airport the next day as it is close and you can also check out Narita City itself.
Nice vintage hotel with a 70’s vibe, well maintained and renovated restaurant room in the last floor with amazing breakfast and view.
Great value for a night stay on transit to or from Narita Airport.
The hotel had a shuttle service (bus) from the airport to the hotel. Stop number 16 at Narita Airport. The shuttle bus comes around every 30 minutes. Great service!
